Assam Rifles Educational Qualification 2026 (Unique Version)
- Rifleman (General Duty) : Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized education board.
- Rifleman (Cipher) : Applicants should have completed 12th class along with a 2-year ITI certificate in Radio, Television or Electronics trade, OR possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Information Technology.
- Havildar Clerk : Candidates must be Intermediate (12th pass) qualified and should have typing skills of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.
- Electrical Fitter Signal : Applicants should have passed 10th class with Science, Mathematics and English subjects and must possess practical knowledge of electrical work.
- Lineman Field : Candidates need to pass Matriculation and hold an ITI certificate in the Electrician trade from a recognized institute.
- Rifleman Armourer : Applicants must have successfully completed Class 10th from a recognized board.
- Recovery Vehicle Mechanic : Candidates should have passed 10th standard along with an ITI qualification in the Recovery Vehicle Mechanic trade.
- Electrician Mechanic Vehicle (EMV) : Applicants must be 10th pass and should possess an ITI certificate in Motor Mechanic trade.
- Metalsmith : Candidates should have completed Matriculation with an ITI certification in the relevant trade.
